Zero-Tolerance Policy
Luximo VIP maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances. No driver is permitted to operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any impairing substances. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request. Customers are encouraged to contact us in advance to allow sufficient time for proper arrangements.

To report a complaint regarding transportation services, customers may contact the City of Dallas by dialing 3-1-1 or by visiting the City of Dallas 311 service website.
Drug & Alcohol Policy
The Company maintains a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace to ensure safety, professionalism, and client trust. The use, possession, sale, distribution, or being under the influence of illegal drugs, alcohol, or misused prescription medication while on duty, on company or customer premises, or during company business is strictly prohibited. The Company may require random, for-cause, or post-accident drug and/or alcohol testing. Any detectable prohibited substance or refusal to submit to testing may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, after the employee is given an opportunity to explain.
